For those wishing to host a family or group celebration but who would like a degree of independence, we are now able to offer up to 17 guests the opportunity to stay in our cottages and to gather in our purpose built function room ‘The Folly’ to drink and dine together and generally have a good time.

The Folly seats up to thirty and has its own bar and fully fitted kitchen and benefits from a large southerly facing terrace. Seating, which overlooks the main play lawn, with views over the lake and the valley beyond. There is also a drop down projector screen for those wishing to stream movies or sporting events via a number of streaming services.

The Folly can be booked on a self-catering basis. We can recommend some excellent chefs you can book to cater for an evening. Drinks can be arranged via either Majestics in Totnes or our local wine merchants in Kingsbridge, Barrell & Still.

Please note that we are not currently able to cater for stag parties or hen parties.
